Specialization
We specialize in representing our clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property in the Colorado Springs Metro area. We've sold homes from Fountain Valley and Rock Creek to Monument and Palmer Lake to Woodland Park and the Black Forest. We keep current of transactions in these areas, and we're also very knowledgeable with the local schools.

Personal
Mark is a Colorado Springs native having been born and raised in the local area. Mark's family helped pioneer Colorado and has been in Colorado since the late 1800's. Mark's youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organizations centered around school, church and athletics. He received degrees in Exercise Physiology from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse (Master of Science degree) and Colorado State University (Bachelor of Science degree). His free time is filled by spending time with the family, playing bass guitar in their church and at local blues jams, skiing, and occasionally buying and rehabilitating rental properties.


Shari is from southwestern Wisconsin. She is one of six children and had a very busy childhood filled with family, school, sports and church activities. Shari earned bachelor of science degrees in Dietetics and Psychology from Viterbo College and a Master of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse. She has extensive research background in dietetics, working for the University of Washington's Lipid Research Clinic for several years. Shari is a published author in the field of dietetics. She brings her professionalism, go-getter attitude and the desire to help people achieve the American Dream to the Colorado Springs Real Estate Market. Her current hobbies include spending time with the family, buying and rehabilitating rental properties and volunteering at the Olympic Training Center and Church.

We have a staff of full-time administrators/receptionists to assist our clients when in the office and to schedule showings for our Clients with homes listed for sale. Our office is open Monday through Sunday to provide exceptional client services.
